These protective gloves are «cut resistant, not cut proof». These gloves are sold individually, not in
pairs. These gloves are «ambidexterious» and can be worn on the left or right hand. In a typical application, only
one glove would be worn (usually on the hand not holding the knife). Butchers, meat cutters and some food
preparation workers will wear the «Performance Shield» or «Ultimate Shield» glove on the knife hand,
and the «Knife Shield» on the hand opposite the knife.
